A very proud moment for our local Phoenix teacher Ediluz in Perú. Juan José, who she has taught for the past 6 years, has been selected by the Ministry of Education to attend their school of excellence, including secondary school, college and University, all expenses paid. The Seven Continent Charity Challenge #3 got underway in Guatemala on 22nd March, summiting Volcano Tajumulco, the highest point in Central America. The British Ambassador to Honduras, Carolyn Davidson, joined in the fun! Events are due to be held around the world this year, including Perú, to raise money for sustainable income plans.
Ediluz will start her 11th year working with us as school gets back underway in March.
